I’m Pat. Here’s a little about me in case you’re wondering. 

I was born and raised for the most part of my youth in New Zealand. 

After leaving high school I undertook a Podiatry degree which saw me through the first 10 years of my adult career, working in both  Auckland and London. 

From London life took me to California where my work has taken me away from my lower limb specialty as a Podiatrist and in to the world of recovery products – an industry I have a great interest in as an wannabe athlete and adrenaline junkie myself.

My friends call me a “recovery nerd” but I see myself as more of an enthusiast 😉
